I've bought a few of these in the past and they felt like they were off balance or had an insane range of motion that kept hitting things and startled the cat, kids love these previous but they were too wild. However, this one floats quietly in the air and is a source of joy for the child, but does not pose any danger. I think this is a very important feature for anything children play with. Great toy, I recommend :)
