I've had the phone in my possession for exactly six months. The advantages are well known to exist, therefore I won't go into detail about them; but, the disadvantages are simply too severe for a phone that costs $50,000. 1. Use caution when opening and closing programs, especially when choosing a card from the Samsung Pay menu to make a purchase. Quitting all background-running programs is the only way to resolve this issue when it occurs. 2. Where the screen is rounded on the sides, there is a hint of green color. In the center of the screen is a pinkish color. The color balance can be changed to some extent to help with these issues, but it won't make them go away completely. After using the phone for a few days, you won't notice this, but it's a poor indicator for Samsung's quality control because another employee has the identical S8, but theirs isn't tinted green and pink. 3. The lengthy and difficult assembly is the part that causes the most frustration. At the bottom of the phone, as opposed to the top, there is a distinct difference in the size of the space between the screen and the body. There, over the years, dirt and grime started to gather, which is now visible from space. My phone should be handled more carefully, I was advised when I visited the Samsung customer service office on Hong Kongskaya (I have never seen such rudeness in any Sony, HTC, Apple service). My family and I, as well as any of my family members, have never used a phone with such a poor build quality. 4. Due to its flaws and incompetence, the fingerprint scanner does not function correctly the first time you use it. Not in the least bit convenient. The problem continues to exist even after installing the fingerprint again. 5. Despite my best efforts to be careful with it, the phone does not have a case and has scratches. 6. There is constant pressure on the Bixby button. The usefulness of this function will expire in 2022. I think it's outrageous how much money such a phone costs. It would be more advantageous for Samsung to work on improving their products rather than trying to make their products more expensive than Apple's.
