I always put toe clips on my bike because they help me increase pedaling power. I don't like straps because they are too difficult to remove. So the toe clips give me the strength I need without the safety concerns of having to remove the straps. They were easy to install. The only thing that bothered me was the instructions, which weren't very clear. But I've installed them on other bikes before, so it's not a big deal to me. You need to find the back of the pedal and then orient them so that they face backwards after installation. You need a Phillips screwdriver. To do this, one of the reflectors on the pedals usually has to be removed. Spins fast. Only comment: the manufacturer doesn't tell you what to do with the two metal plates that come with it! Verdict: They're well made, easy to install, and look edgy!
