I sew and alter a lot of clothes. I ordered this iron mainly for high temperatures. That's great. But the steam function does not work properly. When I turn on the steam button, I expect steam to come out when I'm ironing the material I'm working on, but most of the time it doesn't. I prefer to use the spray function first. I do not like it. It also annoys me that very few irons are made without an automatic switch-off. It's a real pain and I spend a lot of time waiting for the iron to heat up again every time I want to use it.
