I sawed a 'dwarf' tree and houses with the chainsaw and wanted to light up the 176 stairs that were cut out, but I liked the wires on some of them not the other views (rich green). They are almost invisible from a distance. It took me a while to arrive (about 15 days). After reading other reviews I was a little nervous about gluing them to the tree but other than that I couldn't get them to stay. I turned them on and both worked so I covered the solar panel to keep the light on during installation, worked great. They were only installed 2 nights so I can't comment on how long they will last. I hope they last forever but nothing happens. Will be updated if/when they fail. As long as they stay on from sunset to sunrise.
