Review on Dark Red Wine Rossi Nail Dipping Powder Kit (No.19) - 28g/Box by Mary Jones

I've been painting my nails for years in search of the perfect mint green. I found this brand, the color was what I wanted and you can't beat the price. However, you get what you pay for. This is the worst powder I've ever used. It is unevenly applied, uneven in some places and too transparent even at a 45-degree tilt. The color does not match the advertised image. It's actually Tiffany Blue, not Mint Green. It took me twice as long to file and finish my nails due to the uneven and bumpy texture after application. I managed to get them decent, smooth and pretty but some of the nails have lighter areas. I'm not sure what could be causing this. I actually like the color, although I would have liked a real mint green, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired. Good quality powders don't require a lot of feed.
