The system was easy to use for our team of 5 people plus another 2 in India who work with us remotely. We had no issues using it until we realized there were other products out there that did not have as many features or functions available. I would recommend this product because it provides everything you need from an inventory management software. It allows for all departments within your organization to be able to track their items through one interface. This makes life easier for those who are tasked with tracking orders throughout the process.
