This is the perfect chopping board for cooking just for two. It was surprisingly difficult to find a decent quality chopping board this size when I set out to replace our very old, badly discolored chopping boards. THE GOOD: The silicone grip keeps the board from slipping, and the board is braced enough to use as a tray. for transporting sliced/chopped/diced products. The groove collects juice when cutting things like tomatoes. The size is big enough for work but not big enough to store a couple of them. The board itself will not be damaged by the knife blade and the boards can be washed in the dishwasher or cleaned with bleach to disinfect. All these points are very important to me. THE BAD: The only color option in this size is black. I'd rather have a choice of colors to prevent cross contamination (from meat to veggies to salad), but that's just personal preference. I can tag them for the same requirement.
