Value for money? A good docking station can cost $100-$125, while a good 4TB hard drive can cost $150. It brings the two together, adding m.2 capabilities and a fluid interface. Worth for me I would say. It tidies up my desk, turns my laptop into an awesome gaming station, and is also super easy to take with you, as it just plugs into a power source and another cable. The mechanical keyboard, my monitor's USB hub (so it can communicate with my laptop), my mouse, and my ethernet are all connected. He has two Steam accounts with games (one for me, the other for his wife). It still has 3 USB ports open. Most importantly, he has RBG.
