The best thing about helpspot is that it has helped me in so many ways - I have been able to get things done quickly, easily, efficiently. It's easy for users to navigate through the site without any problems at all. It's very user friendly software which makes my life easier as an administrator of such system. Nothing much negative from my side. If you are looking for a help desk software then this is definitely the product for you! There isn't anything specific that i dislike or would like to change but if there was then i will surely give suggestions. This is one of those products which really made our lives easier by providing us with multiple options to solve our work related issues.
