So far experience using and happy!!

The best thing about helpspot is that it has helped me in so many ways - I have been able to get things done quickly, easily, efficiently. It's easy for users to navigate through the site without any problems at all. It's very user friendly software which makes my life easier as an administrator of such system. Nothing much negative from my side. If you are looking for a help desk software then this is definitely the product for you! There isn't anything specific that i dislike or would like…

The best customer support and support ticket management software for India

The best thing about helpspots is that it can be accessed from anywhere, at any time with no hassles of being physically in front to take care off your customers' needs or demands! It's also very easy for our staff members who are located all over India as well which makes them feel like they're still working together even when miles apart!! Nothing much yet but I am sure there will come some issues down the road because this software does not have an offline mode so if you live outside its…
