I have very little experience in photography. I bought a stabilizer to document my work trip to a third world country. It arrived on time, in fact it was a much better device (with more features) than I thought when I ordered it and it seemed well made. This immediately improved the quality of my videos, but was often attached to the outside of the backpack for easy access and was rarely returned to the bag during the day of use. After a few days of outdoor work and travel, the gimbal started to turn on poorly (sometimes it took 30 minutes for all attempts) and then lost the side control function. I am not aware that the device has been subjected to strong shocks. I kept using the gimbal for the rest of the ride, but it got on my nerves. I would recommend this to everyone but for less demanding usage.
