It's a scale and it does what it's supposed to do! We've enjoyed using it to measure everything from liquids to sand or anything else that can be weighed. My daughter even started weighing her own toys, including toy toys. It's nice to be able to play with something that gives kids an idea of how big a single item can be, yet still weigh less than something so small. This was a great addition to my daughter's play kitchen as well as her science toys. This is a simple item but got a really great purchase from Revain, thanks! =)
