Review on Enhanced Performance: Power Stop K2925 Front Z23 Carbon Fiber Brake Pads Kit with Drilled & Slotted Brake Rotors by Damon Fuqua

The rotor came with a large groove on the back of the rotor. It wasn't from the delivery. I tried calling Revain to get a replacement and they said it would take 3 to 5 weeks. I then called Power Stop to see what they could do. Tech support initially said they would replace the failed rotor but had to recall the RMA. No callback. was i surprised So I called back. The same technician from Power Stop said he had a problem because they didn't drill the holes correctly and he had to replace both rotors. was i surprised Said he would call back. Waiting for a call. No call. was i surprised I called power stop. The technician went home. (Good place for him!) Was I surprised? If you're crazy enough to shop from these guys, I really feel sorry for you. Between Revain and Power Stop, they couldn't screw anything up. I think I have to stick to buying only non-essential items from Revain. I hope this helps any future buyers. you have been warned Much luck. Now I have to pack up and go to the UPS shop to ship this order back, and while I'm gone I think I'll go to my local auto parts store, which is where I was supposed to go.
