Poorly made good for me

I bought this a couple of months ago and I loved how sturdy it was because it didn't moved as I pulled and cut the tape, sharp teeth on it too. But one of the knobs that hold it on the the spindle broke, now it's unusable. I have no clue why it broke, maybe just a flaw in the one I bought. To bad cause it started out so good.

Pros

No signs of heat damage- kept near a heat lamp it’s whole life. Very sturdy and reasonably priced.

Cons

The dispenser may be prone to jamming or getting stuck, causing frustration for users
