I had great expectations for ToLanbbt, but sadly, I was very disappointed. Although they have a large variety, I was disappointed in the products' quality. The event decorations fell short of my expectations, and the house necessities I bought were flimsy and poorly made. Even worse, the level of customer care was lacking. When I voiced my concerns about the goods, the staff appeared uninterested and unhelpful, and they also seemed dismissive and uninterested in finding a solution. Additionally disappointing was the delivery. I'm unsure if my things were even checked before shipping because of the poor packaging and damaged delivery. In conclusion, even though ToLanbbt may appear to be a handy one-stop-shop for necessities for the house and events, their subpar products and subpar customer service left me feeling let down and dissatisfied. I am unable to recommend this online store and strongly advise others to look for different alternatives.
