Useful but doesn't fit

Good at first: The instructions were short but very helpful. The side tabs helped me hold the stereo securely in place. I chose to remove the trim around the stereo that keeps it for better control when cutting and I think I got much cleaner results. This part went according to plan and instructions. Cons: It took tons of editing. Not only as stated in the manual but also on the bezel. The ring that came with it didn't fit my stereo (the box on my stereo said "true double din"). The best way around this is to cut off the top and make the sides smaller to fit the gap on the dash bezel. The right side ended up looking better than the left, but I didn't want to pull the pad back and risk breaking more grommets and clips. Ouch! and the bezel was bent, which was probably damaged in transit. In summary, it's helpful, but I'm not sure it's worth the money considering the extra effort and improvisation required.

Pros
  • Painted in the factory color of the dashboard
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
