I recently bought a Glock 45 Gen 5 and a Glock 43 for my fiance! I ordered Tijicon HD XR scopes for my Glock 45 and my local gun shops charge $75-$150 pretax for a scope exchange. Also, you need to make an appointment and wait for your gun to be ready. I have never retrofitted scopes but felt like he just did it due to the low cost of this tool and the knowledge that I would be modifying more of my firearm scopes in the future since I bought it and saw how easy this will be. If I couldn't - my plan would be to get it back but I have to say it couldn't be easier. I had removed my standard Poly Glock scopes and installed Trijicon scopes and I calibrated them in 30 minutes. I was amazed at how easy and quick it was. My fiancé was amazed at how quickly I was able to change them! Just remember to buy a LockTight and a grain removal tool. I bought all three and still only spent $62 and still saved money versus what local gun dealers would charge and now I don't have to worry about maintenance or scope upgrades! I highly recommend this remedy!
