Cornstarch is the only "dry shampoo" I've ever used before trying this product and it works so much better than this product. The only problem with cornstarch is that it's a white, powdery goo, but other than that it adds volume to my hair and absorbs oil easily. However, this product is grainy, not silky smooth like cornstarch, and doesn't absorb oils very well. I paid $49 for a small bottle, maybe a few tablespoons of the product. The product is taupe in color and comes in a handy shaker, making it easy to apply to the scalp. I didn't care about the smell—it was a faint scent of wildflowers, and I didn't make my hair as smooth and voluminous as cornstarch did. If so, it has left my hair with a slightly sticky texture. So all in all it's incredibly expensive and not worth it at all. By the way, I love most live drinks. I have tried at least 20 different products from them and this is by far the biggest disappointment.
