Hilitchi External Circlips have not been heat treated and restored to their original size
I don't understand why the snap ring and E-clamp manufacturer doesn't understand that they need to be hardened to return to original size when used in the snap ring groove. None of them had been heat treated and they were unusable. I returned them. The e-clips weren't heat treated either. The lesson here is to buy from US suppliers.
