Moderately long brass posts. Yes, they are stupid. They work. what can be said
Used to hold PCBs I design. I used the shorter versions (9mm long) and wanted something longer. 15mm is better. Conductive, creates ground and removes the lead wire. I used 3mm brass nuts but also nylon nuts. Good. Not too expensive. Never had any processing problems. Fits on my hex screwdriver. Conductive. good height. Fits holes in my circuit boards. These are all people.
