With sheet metal lining and without lining; How to care

2020. I bought another size up and it came with a crumpled cap. I'll try to return and update when I get a new one. 2019 Normally all copper pots and pans are lined with tin OR stainless steel on the inside. Those that are not lined with anything are for non-acid foods. Tin is quite brittle and after a few years of use you may need to re-tin it. I know I wouldn't bother; I intend to only use it until it goes bad. To prolong use, handle the can carefully as food will stick, especially on high flame Increase to medium, almost never use strong β€’ use soft silicone utensils, DO NOT use wooden utensils, they are still too hard for the brittle tin layer β€’ DO NOT scratch when cleaning the tin side (inside); fill with water and boil, then clean without scratching. No chemicals. β€’ Dark ugly stains appear on the copper side of the pan (this is real copper).
