Poor quality baker's and casserole pan

Was rusty and scratched. The rust was all over the item with a note to contact them directly. I would rather just cut it off as it is very poor quality and finish.

Pros
  • Useful not just for its intended purpose
Cons
  • So-so

This was the best kettle I found

This was the best kettle I found! It's beautiful and well made. The child fit perfectly. I ordered others from other sellers but sent them back. Nothing compares to this quality.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Damaged

Is it a copper pot?

Is that a copper pot? This product contains lead. I was very happy to buy a copper kettle. But it wasn't the copper cauldron I was expecting and every time I use it I see a substance that looks like lead. And there was no "DEMMEX" logo under the palette.

Pros
  • Strong finish
Cons
  • Weak set

Excellent quality - kitchen and dining room

I like this pot. I had no problems and I had it for several months. I have had bad experiences in the past with receiving a poor quality product with a poor quality sheet metal liner. I don't use utensils that will scratch it if it gets too dirty. Baking soda is the way to go.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Nice pot! The best in the kitchen and dining room

Beautiful. I want it to be solid copper. Outside it is covered with copper. I don't yet know how this other metal will interact with my food, but I'm sure it will be clean. It's a little smaller than I'd like, but other than those two things, it's great and I love it.

Pros
  • Practical item
Cons
  • So far, so good

Versatile and Stunning

I've had this pot for a few weeks now and it has quickly become my go-to for everything. I've used it to cook fish, make pasta sauce and chicken stew. It works equally well on the stove and in the oven. And cleanup is a breeze with a plush little bartender friend. I would buy this again and again.

Pros
  • A Dream Come True
Cons
  • Secret

Season copper cookware first to prevent food from sticking

I've read that tinned copper cookware should be seasoned before the first cook. I used a tablespoon of sesame oil to coat all sides of the inside of the pan and heat over medium-high. Then, after cooling, I wiped off most of the oil. My first course was fried chicken fillet with onions, peppers, tomatoes and avocados. Cleaning was easy. The food slipped out. Never use a metal stirrer or dish sponge and the interior will retain its attractive appearance. Remove residue in a container to protect…

  • Don't waste too much time

With sheet metal lining and without lining; How to care

2020. I bought another size up and it came with a crumpled cap. I'll try to return and update when I get a new one. 2019 Normally all copper pots and pans are lined with tin OR stainless steel on the inside. Those that are not lined with anything are for non-acid foods. Tin is quite brittle and after a few years of use you may need to re-tin it. I know I wouldn't bother; I intend to only use it until it goes bad. To prolong use, handle the can carefully as food will stick, especially on high…

Pros
  • Test results stable
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
