The machine itself works pretty well, it shakes you with ease and its pretty simple to use. I weigh 240 pounds and the device shook me just fine without any creeks or rattling. The build feels sturdy, you can see the metal parts used under the plate if you look from the bottom, the frame looks very strong. I was pretty disappointed with the visibility of the screen the first coupe of uses until i noticed it had a protective film, the film is put on so well that you cant feel or see the seams. The display is clear and very easy to see after you peel the protective layer. The machine comes with an easy to use remote. I would have liked if the machine had a delayed start after pressing play, this would make it a bit easier to use without the remote. There are a few included accessories like the hand bands that attach to the sides of the machine and the remote. There is also an exercise watch but the quality is super bad, i would have preferred not having the watch to lower the price of the machine.The machine does have a music function that uses Bluetooth, there is also a USB port on the back which i assume is for music as well. The sound is not very good and the volume doesent get very high but i guess its good enough for a machine that is used for 10 minutes at a time.The machine itself works pretty well, it works in 10 minute cycles where it vibrates at different intensities during the session. The speed can also be adjusted manually using the remote. The timer is set to 10 min by default, it cant be set any higher than 10 min only lowered.Overall the machine itself seems to work just fine, its an easy way to exercise at home if you have an injury or as a daily morning routine to get you started. I rated the machine itself four stars because it gets the job done, it would be nice if they removed the watch and music feature to lower the price.
