Efficient, versatile and easy to store

I like this product because it has several functions. That's all I use in recipes that call for minced or chopped garlic. It does an efficient job of extracting the zest from lemons or lines. I use it to grate cheese. It is very easy to clean with some dish soap and a conditioner.
