The app needs a few "settings" and is a bit confusing because some of them don't have a back or save button. Customize the screens but once I set it up I LOVE the body composition features. (These back or save buttons are hidden but are located in the top left corner of your phone's screen). I had no idea I "needed" this scale, but I tell my friends to order them now. . It shows you where you are on each "scale" of composition - whether you are in a healthy range etc. I think it's just a great tool to help you stay healthy. The price is great. I hope this lasts for a while!
