So here's the thing. Bought this device for an office coordinator in April 2015 and it was working GREAT until the end of last week. We contacted the seller to fix it or get a replacement under a one year warranty and they were very responsive; immediately contacted me, called me and tried to fix the problem and when it didn't work offered a replacement right away. The representative I spoke to, Rebecca, was very pleasant, efficient, professional yet very personable. Definitely recommend this company to everyone. What a big surprise that you are treated well (I think we've all had our fair share of companies not caring). The only reason I gave four stars is obviously because the original device failed after almost a year). Thanks very much!
