As a recruiter, I'm on the phone ALL DAY! This is the best headset ever! It comes with an over-ear or over-the-head pad. I like wearing it overhead because it doesn't strain my hearing and it's comfortable to wear all day. If you buy the package, you can also click the earpiece to pick up or hang up the phone. Luckily my company paid for it, but even if they hadn't it would have been worth the investment!

If you're looking for a professional headset that lets you add a rugged headset to your office/landline, this is my pick. I have been using these headsets for 7 years and have never thought of any other headset for my office needs. The range of the headset is impressive too, as I can walk out of my office onto the street and still be able to talk to whoever I'm speaking to.

It was very difficult to set up but now it works quite well. There were no instructions or instructions included. I contacted Plantronics directly and they were very helpful. The battery life doesn't seem as long as would be useful in a dentist's office, 8-5 times a day, but it definitely does the job of getting you moving. The earphone was heavy and didn't fit well in the ear. I bought a "bandage" which is much more comfortable.

So here's the thing. Bought this device for an office coordinator in April 2015 and it was working GREAT until the end of last week. We contacted the seller to fix it or get a replacement under a one year warranty and they were very responsive; immediately contacted me, called me and tried to fix the problem and when it didn't work offered a replacement right away. These devices have made many people in our office happy. However, there seem to be issues with one of the devices in one particular location (we've bought 4 in the last 6 months). it is susceptible to interference from other wireless devices that have not yet been identified. In most cases it takes several attempts to press the button on the earbud before it turns on and picks up the phone. I bought this for a store and have had great success with this item in the past. It is well made, easy to install and convenient to use.
