I bought this for a store and have had great success with this item in the past. It is well made, easy to install and convenient to use. I've always had great luck with these types of Plantronics products. The only problem I have is that you have to make sure you have the right type of phone to support this. I made the mistake of not testing the phone system before purchasing. You need a phone line cord and an input line that powers the device to answer the phone and then an outlet to power the headset. My work phone didn't have an input line to lift the grip, meaning it's pretty much useless to me at the moment. I have to buy a new phone for this system to work. Another thing is the lifespan of the headset. I've had this device on every job I've ever done and it really only lasts about 6 hours before it starts to loosen. You will also find that the distance range may vary slightly if you are in a corporate office due to Bluetooth interference. The supplier sent these very quickly and took care of protection during transport. I knew I needed this item so I did not contact them for a refund. I assume they would work with me if I decided to return it.
