Trendnet TEW 632BRP stopped working after a while. It recognized the ISP, as did my other router, but didn't register the DHCP address on the WAN side coming from my ISP, so there was no internet. Double and triple checked that all settings are correct. This ensures that DHCP is fine on the LAN side, but is not accepted at all by the ISP on the WAN side. I call their Indian tech support (very hard to understand) and they claim that since they no longer make this piece of junk they charged a $15 fee for their support. I've asked several times (they speak English but don't understand) if they can't fix it over the phone, will they refund my money? Eventually they admitted I wouldn't. Talk about a horrible way of doing business and this thing is headed for purposeful practice. I just wanted to use it to extend the service to the other side of my house. I'm glad I have a great Netgear that's easy to work with and gets an address from my ISP with no problems. I would never buy a Trendnet product again, let alone one for free. If I don't need more target shooting! Is there less than one star?
