I've been using this vacuum multiple times a week for almost nine months now. Some of the pros are that it's easy to take the bristles off to remove hair, it's easy to dump the dust and dirt that it's collected, and it's easy to use. I also bought it when it was $59.99, which was a fairly good price compared to similar products. However, it has its limitations. This vacuum is only effective to pick up dog hair and the type of dust and debris that you don't even notice until it's all collected in one compartment. Otherwise, I watch it pass over small, light objects like tiny leaves and pine needles and then send them to the side. It only cleans my hardwood floors, it doesn't pick anything up from my rug or welcome mat. Running it once a day to clean up the dog hair that you don't notice until it becomes a tumbleweed in a corner of the room is useful, but when I need to get debris out of my rugs and mats, I have to turn to my upright vacuum cleaner. It's better than nothing, considering you can just turn it on and let it run -- only after you block the places it gets stuck, like under the refrigerator.*Update: I reduced my review to two stars for a couple of reasons. It's severely declined in quality over the past month or two. It will spin around in circles endlessly for no reason. It will try to go through the wall over and over again for minutes on end. Sometimes, it will stop its wheels and just keep spinning the brushes in the same spot over and over again. I'm not sure why the company included an additional brush and filter for the vacuum, because it won't last long enough to require them to be changed out. I checked to see when I purchased this product to get an idea of how many years this vacuum has lasted, and it's one. It's been just over one year since I purchased it, and it's already displaying signs of dementia. Needless to say, my household has decided to purchase a Roomba.
