I recently received an Alvoxcon UM310-Pro wireless USB microphone system that I want to use for Facetime and conference calls. In a beautiful packaging, all components were in plastic bags. The instruction manual is well written and easy to understand - no technical background required. After charging the transmitter, I first tested the system on my Windows PC. The receiver worked right away, it took HP about a minute to set up a new device, after which it was ready to use. I turned on the transmitter and it was immediately recognized by the receiver and was up and running 10 minutes out of the box. Plug and play of course. The Pro device comes with an iPhone adapter. I connected the receiver to the iPhone adapter, opened the recording app on my iPhone and started using the wireless microphone. The level controls on the transmitter housing work well. Both the lavalier and plug-in mics sound pretty good, especially for the price of the system. I didn't have to fiddle with changing the frequencies, but the process sounds pretty simple if you must use it. I don't have Android, but if it works on an iPhone, I'm sure it will work on an Android device too. Seems well made for the price. I love this little microphone system.
