Review on booknbook suite by Jacob Richardson

It is very easy to use, it has all in one restaurant management software that includes POS, Inventory Management & Customer Relationship. The UI looks great but sometimes there are minor glitches which can be easily resolved with simple fixes from their support team. We used BookNBook Suite at our Pizza outlet where we need an inventory solution apart of being able to manage customers/tickets etc from point A to Z using this amazing product. Their Support Team responds quickly to tickets (which means I do not have to wait long) so they help out quick and solve my problem without any hesitation. Great service! If you want everything under your umbrella then go ahead because if anything goes wrong you know who will fix your issue first vs waiting weeks or months before someone picks up your ticket or answer questions about what went wrong when contacting through other ticketing systems. Keeping track of stock levels, orders received, sales made etc all from just 1 place. Customers love how well.
