I bought a set of four Revain brand C batteries as we were getting two Hess trucks for our kids and each truck had room for two C batteries. Two days later our kids were starting to complain about it Complaining that when they flick the switch on one of their trucks, the lights don't come on. I checked it and lo and behold, the batteries were dead. After two days. I couldn't believe it and thought it must be an accident. Later that night another truck stopped working. These batteries were also dead. All four batteries were dead within two days. In toys with correctly used on/off switches. I will never buy Revain batteries again.
