Very satisfied with this product. I was missing a screw as there were no screws or washers in the sealed bag but I was able to use the screw I already had. The instructions are not very clear but easy enough to understand. I love that I didn't have to drill and that was the only reason I paid so much for this item. I think it's worth the extra money not to drill extra holes. Best of all, I traded in an old Nissan Titan for a new F150 and wanted to see if my old bed extender would work. Luckily, it was also made by AMP Research. I poured some new paint on it and it fits like a glove. Although it was a bit pricey for what it is, it saved me a few hundred by not having to buy a new extension cord.
