Before you continue with the review, a little background. I've had bad calluses for as long as I can remember. I have tried various creams and ointments over the years but nothing has helped. I always wore socks to cover my legs as exposing such legs was uncomfortable. I've tried a few manual and electric callus removers in the past but nothing has worked. A manual callus remover was sharp and cut my feet badly instead of removing the calluses. I gave it one last chance and was very impressed. It really helped remove the calluses and years later I felt like my normal feet again. The packaging was very good and when I first picked it up it seemed strong to me. The four different tips helped me navigate different parts of my foot and I was able to use the softer tips on my big toes. Just a tip - don't hold the skin too tightly or the motor will stop working. Just move gently in one direction and it will get the job done.
