Bought for a 4.5 month old Maine Coon kitten. He's 6 pounds, his chest is 12 inches, and his neck is about 8 inches, so I'm a medium size. I almost gave up on this vest after trying it on for the first time as it moved like a robo kitten, had its mouth stuck in it and had limited range of motion. I kept trying it at home at short intervals and giving him treats before and after he got dressed. After about 3-4 days of training with a harness, he became more mobile with a vest around the house. We had several gaming sessions while wearing it. As soon as I saw him confident and active in a vest, I tried the leash a few times and then we went outside. While holding up well, the leash is a good length and comfortable. Looks very cute and easy to attach. I loosened the velcro about an inch since it gives the front legs more movement.
