After installation, the fan switch appears to be stuck after going from off to all speeds. We pulled with all our might for fear of breaking something. Luckily it got stuck at top speed because it's moving very little air. According to a real fan, this is nonsense. Also, the headlights are a joke as the headlights are on and the bulbs would be very difficult for this 75 year old to replace. During installation we watched the installer fiddle with the globe and screw in the bulbs. It's almost 12 feet off the ground and I'm not looking forward to changing the lightbulbs. If I had known the derailleur was binding I would never have installed it. The same applies to fans and light output. It's beautiful, but it's the worst example of a Honeywell product I've ever seen. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a similar product at 1/3 the price.
