I love jogging, mostly outdoors, including on a traditional treadmill. This shoe is designed for the type of aerobic activities I do. I like to walk on the side of the road in very hilly terrain, which requires me to act quickly when a car approaches so that I can cross to the other side of the road. Sometimes a car approaches very quickly and I have to dodge into the side of the ledge instead of going all the way to the other side. This zigzag movement required a shoe that wasn't too heavy on top and had good support in the middle as well. This great pair of shoes from the Inov-8 brand has all the qualities that allow me to do endurance runs outdoors. I will use these shoes on hard or semi-hard trails, but I will not try to use them on trails because I don't want to get them dirty. I've found that even a bit of dirt will eventually get into the crevices and crevices of the shoe and then in turn act like a compost situation destroying the fabric and laces of the shoe. With a comfortable interior design, this shoe offers the level of bounce you need when looking for the right pace. What makes this shoe's weight ideal is the light fabric that covers it, reducing the overall weight of the shoe. Having more fabric and less synthetic plastic or other hard material reduces the stress in the ankle area that I sometimes suffer from. The medium green in terms of color intensity makes a good outdoor shoe to blend in with you while jogging alongside wooded areas like I usually do. I love how the company logo appears in large print on the heel. The logo gives the shoe a nice shine without being over the top. Also the neon green inside where the soles are looks cool. In conclusion, I am satisfied with these shoes and I recommend them to athletes.
