Definitely pass this

I have this bought as an extra. We have an Activator IV in the office. The tool allows you to activate an impulse, but the mechanism does not "recharge" or "roll back" to allow the next impulse to be applied. You have to"cock" it manually. I don't know if this is an intentional design, a design flaw, or a defect. However, I can tell you that I don't have time for any of this.
