Review on πŸ”Š Black Marshall Stockwell II Portable Bluetooth Speaker: Enhancing SEO by Rolando Munoz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Wow! Just wow! on Portable Audio & Video

This Marshall Stockwell portable bluetooth speaker blew me away in a way I wasn't expecting. Let's jump straight to class D amps. Most people won't know what a Class D amp is, what it does and why it's better - and indeed, some people will complain about a Class D amp's "fault", or maybe not, quite a " Mistake". but one thing is clear. Class D amplifiers are not linear. That means if you increase it (or decrease the resistance) the class D amp won't get louder in a straight line. It's exponential, so you have to turn the volume knob for a long time before it gets louder, and then it gets really loud, really fast. You have to be precise when turning the volume knob and plan for a starting point of "6" or "7". In exchange for that small difference, you get an amp that is 90% efficient versus a Class A amp. Or a Class B amp that is 50-78.5% efficient, typically closer to 50%. That means cleaner performance and more power, with less distortion and more power when you need it. Basically it means PURE sound quality, crisp, clear and amazing. You can hear these amplifiers at work in this beautiful speaker. This is a true work of art on multiple levels. It looks and feels superb. The build quality is similar to a German car from folklore of yesteryear. The speaker just feels solid and built to perfection. It's heavy, durable, and interestingly, waterproof to a degree. The design is very simple, clean and minimalist - all with a very nice look and feel. But what really shines is the rich, warm, powerful sound. This is one of those speakers that you look at, listen to and think - HOW DID THEY MAKE THIS? How did they make this relatively small speaker look and feel so good and sound so amazing? I would give this speaker 10 stars if I could. The battery lasts a long time, even at loud volumes (remember that 90% efficiency?), and it sounds SO, SO GOOD. Rich, warm, and clear sound with no hiss, hiss, or distortion. Run it to 10 and it sounds loud but clear. Bass isn't the kind of bass that turns screws or makes you think your windows are about to shatter, it's the kind of bass that sounds like there's a real kick drum in your room or a bass player with (Marshall) in your bedroom plays the band. Can you say I'm a fan of this speaker? It's just beauty. I hope you find this review helpful. If there is anything else you would like to know, please ask. I try to check my reviews for comments and respond to them promptly. If you ask something and I don't answer quickly, please check my profile page and email me and I'll try to answer as soon as I see it. I think it's important that other Revain shoppers keep an eye on each other and let each other know if the product is good or stinks. THIS is good - I support it 100% and I would put my name on this entire review without holding back. This is the real deal! I take peer review very seriously and try to be helpful. Thank you!

Pros
  • Stockwell II offers over 20 hours of music playback on a single charge. Its small frame and guitar-style strap make it perfect for travel.
Cons
  • I really don't like it, it's ok
