Great Reservation Software For Our Property

I like that it has all of our reservation information in one place! It is very easy for us as front desk agents to check guests' status at any time from anywhere we are working or not there. There isn't much dislike about this software because everything works great. We have been able to keep track with guest's arrivals/departures without having them come back down stairs every 15 minutes during busy times. This helps tremendously when trying to get some quality work done while they wait. I like that it allows me to be hands-on in my day job as well. It's an added benefit to have someone there who is helping you with your questions and concerns. I wish they had more templates for different types of rooms or amenities. Sometimes we need something custom for our guests but if it doesn't exist in their library, we end up having to build it ourselves (which can take a while). This software has allowed us to solve some of our problems in house instead of relying on outside vendors.
