Concierge Front Office Software Review

I like that it has all of our reservation information in one place! It is very easy for us as front desk agents to check guests' status at any time from anywhere we are working or not there. There isn't much dislike about this software because everything works great. We have been able to keep track with guest's arrivals/departures without having them come back down stairs every 15 minutes during busy times. I love how easy it is for customers/guests or just anyone that uses your property in any way can access all of their account info via an app available anywhere they are using computers etc.. No more taking out my phone every time i need something! It's simple but not simplistic at this point with many other systems so if you looking only do as much research into what system will best fit there needs when compared to others!! Nothing really yet - we still haven't got enough guests coming through
