Very positive experiences along side hospitality pros (GUE)

I love how easy it is for customers/guests or just anyone that uses your property in any way can access all of their account info via an app available anywhere they are using computers etc.. No more taking out my phone every time i need something! It's simple but not simplistic at this point with many other systems so if you looking only do as much research into what system will best fit there needs when compared to others!! Nothing really yet - we still haven't got enough guests coming through our door where everyone wants everything done right now. But overall great experience thus far working together has been very helpful & professional! The software is easy to use and the customer service is great! I love that the software is intuitive and it's very easy to train staff on how to use it. I wish that I could add more features to the software to help with my business. I haven't found anything I dislike. I love that the software is intuitive, easy to use, and the customer service is great! I've been able to streamline our front office process and increase the amount of time we spend with our guests.

Pros
  • Easy accessibility from most devices (smartphones) even tho sometimes slow response times during high traffic hours such days before holidays; ease of mind knowing guest information always ready within reach no matter which device used by employees ; simplicity
Cons
  • So expensive considering its limited scope
