This Heshe purse is amazing in person! I purchased the Sorrel paint and was blown away by the quality and finish as soon as I unboxed it. I ended up returning it for a number of reasons. The shoulder strap only had 4 or 5 holes to lengthen or shorten the overall length. I personally prefer to carry handbags over the shoulder than over the shoulder due to my chest size. I couldn't shorten the shoulder strap enough on this bag. The last hole in the strap still hung the bag just below my waist (I'm 5ft 7in). That's way lower than I prefer to let my bag hang. I tried to carry my purse with the handles over my shoulder. There wasn't enough handle to have room to maneuver when slung over the shoulder. The purse literally rubbed my shirt into my armpit. Not an ideal position. just too big for my needs and preferences. I wrote down the measurements before purchasing but personally it is much larger. There is no structure either. From some of the reviews that include photos I thought it had at least some structure. This does not apply to the wallet I received. I filled it with everything I could. Just to see how much it holds and when full it really stood upright like it was a fully structured wallet. But I don't need a mobile office on my shoulder. LOL! it wasn't what I was looking for and it didn't fit my personal style. This product is of excellent quality and a lot of love has gone into its creation! It filled the room with a wonderful leather scent when I took it out of the box. so it's real leather (you can't fake that smell!). I really liked the protective tabs at the bottom of the bag! I just wish it had a more adjustable strap or more grip and a little more structure.
