Doesn't stay straight: TV ceiling and wall mounts

Installation went smoothly I agree, but to level the TV you need to loosen/tighten the 4 screws on the square plate on the back of the mount. If you tighten these screws enough to keep the TV level as it moves across the mount, the cheap construction and materials make the screws easy to loosen.
