Great tool - easy setup & tracking: DialConnection Contact Center

The most helpful thing about this system is that it helps us track all of our calls. We can see who has called, what they were looking for, etc. It also allows us to set up different types of messages depending on their needs. For example, we have one type of message that explains what services are available at the time of the call (which saves time because people don't need to ask), but if someone asks for more information then we send them to an agent or waitlist them. I wish there was some way to add notes and comments directly into the database so agents could easily understand why certain things were said, but I think this might be too much work since most people only use this software once every few months. Tracking all of my phone contacts from multiple locations and allowing me to quickly access them by location.
