Review on 🧹 Hoover BH55210 Onepwr FloorMate Jet Cordless Hard Floor Cleaner | Wet Vacuum with 3Ah Battery - White by Joy Berry

There seem to be a few paid reviews so I'd like to start by saying this is NOT a paid review. i like this thing It's not perfect, but it has made my life easier and floors cleaner than ever. Very little and very simple assembly is required when you first get it. Not that big of a deal, but worth mentioning as others have said it's difficult. Someone else said it was heavy and I disagree, it weighs a little but it's definitely lighter than a standard vacuum and I wasn't expecting it to be light. I used to use the Swiffer Wet Jet which basically just smeared the dirt. I have a toddler and three dogs and the constant flexing of the Swiffer's muscles was awful and didn't happen as often as it should. I've been mopping floors every day since I got this product! Other reviews have complained about cleaning after use and I actually think it's very easy and the machine doesn't smell bad after prolonged use and the brush doesn't get uncomfortable. You don't use a ton of mortar. The sample bottle you receive will last me a long time even with daily use. After wiping, it takes about a minute to dry completely, no different than any other cleaner. Using the Swiffer solution has always left my floors sticky for days after use. This grout/water combination makes them slightly sticky, less than Swiffer but only about 10 minutes after cleaning and only on my tiles, other floors aren't a problem. I usually vacuum the floors first. although I don't need it as this does both. With three dogs, hair is a problem and brushing out some wet hairs makes him very uncomfortable, but it's really nice that he picks up any hairs I miss while I clean up. Plus, the battery lasts longer because you have less dog hair to worry about vacuuming before cleaning. I have a few complaints: 1- The battery life is terrible BUT in eco mode you don't waste too much power and you can do it. much further. I can walk through my main zone in eco mode and need to recharge to do something else. 2- Can't clean the edges of the floor, the brush just can't hit the edges the way the machine is designed. I still have to get a brush or something around the edges to get it as clean as the rest of the floor. You can see a big difference in how clean the rest of the floor is compared to the edges it can't reach. 3- Both brushes are very soft and safe on all hard floor surfaces. My main area is tiles which can handle something a little more granular to have a better chance of getting stuck without extra effort so a different brush option would be nice. My vinyl floor is my favorite, it looks great. after. Daily cleaning of floors with this product has shown me how much dirt I haven't washed off the floor before. Despite the shortcomings, I still like it very much and I recommend this product. As much as I love it I gave it 3 stars because there are improvements and the battery life is really disappointing.
