There seem to be a few paid reviews so I'd like to start by saying this is NOT a paid review. i like this thing It's not perfect, but it has made my life easier and floors cleaner than ever. Very little and very simple assembly is required when you first get it. Not that big of a deal, but worth mentioning as others have said it's difficult. Someone else said it was heavy and I disagree, it weighs a little but it's definitely lighter than a standard vacuum and I wasn't expecting it to be light.

We have nine children and a seven bedroom house all with hardwood floors including kitchen (prior choice of owner here). The only exception is the large glass-tiled foyer. Cleaning such floors is an endless and time-consuming task. We usually clean by level as some of the bedrooms are on the third floor. UPDATE AFTER CONTACTING HOOVER (FROM AMAZON LINK) ALL WAS ADDRESSES My first experience with Hoover's customer service was not good. My friend pointed this out to me, he noticed Hoover contacted some bad reviews and maybe I should try that email instead of contacting customer support on their website. I did and this person came back to me and sent me a new video the same day. They also sent me a mailer for the video that came out so they could figure out the problem. That was a few weeks ago…
