The raquioli mold should allow the pasta to be pressed into the indentations, stuffed and covered, and then cut. This product has sticks on the back of the mold - you cannot push the noodles into the recess. That does not work. You cannot roll the pasta over the top of the pan as your filling will stick out. Blunt design. Do not buy this model.
